Rich replies

Tappable option chips and link cards the agent shows in the website widget when they help.

On your website widget, the agent's replies aren't limited to text. When it helps the visitor, the agent renders interactive elements — no setup required, and they never appear on WhatsApp, Telegram or other channels (those stay plain text).

Choice chips

When the agent asks the visitor to pick between a few options, it can show them as tappable buttons instead of burying them in a sentence. Tapping a chip sends that option as the visitor's next message, so people who don't like typing can still move forward.

Link cards

When the agent recommends specific pages or products that have links in your knowledge base, it can present them as cards — a title, a one-line detail, and a tap-through link — rather than a wall of URLs.

Steering it from Instructions

This is automatic and used sparingly by design, but you can nudge it from the agent's Instructions (General tab):

  • "When someone asks which course suits them, offer the options as choices."
  • "When recommending packages, show them as cards linking to each package page."

The agent only shows cards for links that actually exist in your knowledge — it never invents URLs. If you'd rather it always answer in plain prose, just say so in your Instructions.
