Plans & billing

Kelma meters usage in tokens (roughly 4 characters of text), the same way the underlying AI is billed — so you pay for what the agent actually does, not an arbitrary "message" count.

• Message tokens are consumed by agent replies (including the thinking behind tool calls) and by playground tests. Monthly allowance: 50K on Free, 5M on Starter, 25M on Growth, 100M on Scale.
• Knowledge tokens are consumed when content is imported or re-synced — including automatic syncs. Monthly allowance: 30K / 1M / 5M / 20M.
• Agents and sources — each plan sets how many agents you can run and how many knowledge sources each may have.
• Team seats — paid plans include seats (Starter 1, Growth 3, Scale 10) to invite teammates who share your workspace. Enabling SSO (Scale) removes the seat limit entirely — your whole company can join with their company login.

When the message budget runs out, the widget shows visitors a friendly "taking a short break" notice — never an error — and resets on the 1st of each month.

Team seats

Invite teammates from Settings → Team. They sign in with their own email and your workspace appears in their account's workspace switcher (top of the sidebar) — they can work your agents, inbox, leads and analytics alongside you. Each teammate has a role (Admin or Agent) and can be scoped to specific bots — see Inbox → Team roles. Billing and team management stay yours. Remove someone any time to revoke their access instantly.

Upgrading, cancelling, resuming

Manage everything in Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately via Stripe checkout. Cancel plan keeps everything active until the end of the period you've paid for, then the account moves to Free automatically; you can Resume any time before that date. Annual billing gives you two months free.

All prices exclude VAT — we don't charge it (Maltese article 11 exemption).
