Your clients sign in at app.youragency.com, and the embed snippet they paste into their website loads from your domain too. Add a CNAME record and it's live.
Limits you control
Set how many agents and how much monthly usage each client gets. Cap a heavy client so one runaway widget can't eat the month. Pause a client who hasn't paid you — nothing is deleted, and one click brings them back.

You decide what each client pays and bill them directly. We charge you one flat monthly fee and take nothing from what you charge them.

Agency accounts are set up by hand rather than through a checkout — it takes one short conversation, and it means the limits actually fit what you’re running.
Questions agencies ask
Not from the product. The dashboard, the chat widget badge, the sign-in and transcript emails, the 404 page and the browser tab all carry your name on your domain. The one place our name still appears is the sending address on emails — they arrive from your name, but the address stays on our mail domain, because sending as your domain would need us to hold your DNS records and would land in spam until it did.
No. Creating a client workspace sends them nothing — most agencies build the agent, embed it, and never hand over access. When you do want to, it's one click and they sign in with their email.
You release them. They keep their agents, conversations and leads, and their account carries on as an ordinary free Kelma account. Nothing is deleted, and it doesn't touch your other clients.
Not by adding their email — we refuse that on purpose, because it would hand you admin rights over live conversations belonging to someone who never agreed to it. They invite you from their own settings instead, which is the same access with their consent.
Yes — the Kelma app for Android, which shows every client workspace you manage and lets you answer conversations from your phone. The listing in the Play Store is ours; everything inside it follows your brand.
Extra client workspaces are €15/month each, and the shared usage pool can be raised too. Tell us roughly how many clients and how busy their sites are and we'll price it.
